The Creation Care Team will provide these services to church members on a periodic basis as announced.
These services will typically correspond to City of Auburn Styrofoam Block Recycling Events
(based upon a similar program at Howard County’s Department of Public Works, MD)

Styrofoam™ items CANNOT be placed in curbside recycling bins for collection. Styrofoam™ #6 products will ONLY be accepted for recycling at the Auburn Recycling events.
White foam packaging, clean cups, trays, food containers and egg cartons (all colors), all marked with the number “6” in the recycling symbol. Foam items that have been in contact with food or drinks should be rinsed.
Foam packing peanuts (accepted at many retail shipping centers); straws, lids, tape or stickers; foam insulation materials; clamshell or non-foam #6 containers. Check out these unaccepted items (click to zoom):
